Coalinga-Huron Unified School District contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for prequalification called Quality Bidders. To get started, please visit Quality Bidders, and follow the Contractor Instructions.

The District must receive applications at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening on any advertised project in order for the candidate to qualify for that project. Pre-qualification approval will remain valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of notice of qualification except as noted in the pre-qualification documents.
Please contact Joseph Martinez with any questions at jmartinez@tritoncogroup.com. You may also Email Support with any questions about the use of the Quality Bidders web-based tool.
Thank you for your interest in prequalifying and working with Coalinga-Huron Unified School District.
